The Hondo Room

Enjoyed the stay but a few things need to be addressed. Positive: There was no breakfast other than pastries and I can’t eat sugar based products so not really something desirable. Negative: Bed was a very hard and uncomfortable, no hair dryer as found in other rooms from previous stays and charging electronics was poor since the outlet was not next to an area to be able to have a workspace.

Pool was beautiful

Well preserved historic property. Our stay was interrupted because the room location, top of the stairs and entrance. We Positive: Location of town and room price Negative: Poor room location.

A quiet comfortable stay in a great atmosphere. Wish we could've stayed longer. Positive: Comfortable and quiet. Amazing beautiful design. Feels like stepping back in time, but with modern conveniences. Breakfast items were a blessing with several to choose from. Negative: The stairs from front door to 2nd floor creaked. I was afraid it would bother other guests. Not a complaint, just a concern.

All was good. The check-in time needs to be corrected online Positive: The room attendant was very helpful and assisted us when we arrived too early to check in. We had an event to attend and needed space to change. She quickly cleaned the restroom so we could use it. Negative: Check in time is listed online as 11am. I received an email stating check-in at 11am. However it is not until 3pm. That was a problem for us, although the room attendant was able to assist temporarily.
